This is a huge apartment of 225 square meters, almost 2500 square feet. It has beautiful views of both canal and market. Situated in the lively Nieuwmarkt area, you will find lots of bars, restaurants and café’s around the corner. For those who like Asian cuisine, this is the place to be as this apartment is located on the edge of Chinatown.
Our rates include 6% VAT, linen, weekly cleaning and linen change for stays of 10 nights or more, utilities and internet (where present).
Please note that rates do not include city tax, which will be added to your invoice in the booking process and amounts to 5% of the ex VAT (6%) amount and is due 2 weeks before arrival.
An additional fee of EUR50 will be charged for each booking for final cleaning of the apartment.
Situated on the first floor of this apartment is the kitchen, study and in the backhouse is a bedroom, there also is a toilet and bathroom with a shower. On the floor above is a living room, shower, separate toilet and small balcony. On the third floor is the master bedroom and third bedroom and there is a large bathroom with toilet, separate shower and large bath. On this floor there is also a roof terrace which is situated on top of the backhouse. In the attic above there is a lounge area with comfortable pillows.
