Located in the historic centre of Amsterdam this apartment is divided over three floors, and has two full bathrooms and three bedrooms. Within easy walking distance of many of the sights of Amsterdam this apartment is a great base to explore the city for you and your family and/or friends.
Our rate include 6% VAT, linen, weekly cleaning and linen change for stays of 10 nights or more, utilities and internet (where present).
Please note that rates do not include city tax, which will be added to your invoice in the booking process and amounts to 5% of the ex VAT (6%) amount and is due 2 weeks before arrival.
An additional fee of EUR50 will be charged for each booking for final cleaning of the apartment.
Layout description
The apartment is one flight up from street level and is completely private. On the first level there is an open kitchen and living room with a french balcony, as this apartment is located on a corner it has a very light and airy feel. One level up you will find a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink and the first bedroom with a french balcony. This bedroom has an open staircase to the level above it. On that level there are two compact bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

Rubens is a wonderful Amsterdam apartment which is located in the Nine Streets Area in the historical centre of Amsterdam. This spacious apartment is closeby many points of interest and there are a lot of nice restaurants and good shops in the neighbourhood. The direct streets surrounding the apartment are full of antique shops, and from the windows of this apartment you can catch a glimpse of the famous Rijksmuseum.
