Our rates include 6% VAT, linen, weekly cleaning and linen change for stays of 10 nights or more, utilities and internet (where present).
Please note that rates do not include city tax, which will be added to your invoice in the booking process and amounts to 5% of the ex VAT (6%) amount and is due 2 weeks before arrival.
An additional fee of EUR50 will be charged for each booking for final cleaning of the apartment.
Layout description
This three level apartment is located above one of the stores of the nine streets area. On the first level there is a spacious living/dining with open kitchen, seperate toilet and access to the 20 m2 terrace. On the level above there is a spacious master bedroom, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, and a second bedroom that has a staircase to the top level of the apartment. The top level has one bedroom and a seperate washing room with washer and dryer.

The Nostalgic is located in the Nine Streets Area in the historical centre of Amsterdam. It is a characteristical Amsterdam apartment and is very spacious indeed. Although it is built as an Amsterdam canal apartment, from the inside it is very modern. The apartment is a stonethrow away from points of interest like the nice Jordaan area with its lovely boutiques and great variety of speciality shops.
