This newly developed skyscraper was finished in 2009 and boasts 45 apartments varying from three bedroom apartments to one bedroom sky-lofts and two bedroom penthouse apartments with huge roof decks and amazing views of Rotterdam, the river Meuse (Maas) and the famous Rotterdam ports.

Our rate include all taxes, linen, weekly cleaning and linen change for stays of 10 nights or more, utilities and internet. There is an additional charge of EUR50 for final cleaning in every booking.
Layout description
This spacious apartment is one of the larger units in the building. It is all on one level on the second floor of the building. It has two large bedrooms with double beds. There is a large full bathroom, with seperate bath tub, shower and wash basin. The hall has a guest toilet. There is a large living room that is combined with dining room and there is a seperate kitchen. One of the bedrooms and the living room connect with the large 11 square meter balcony.

The apartment tower is on Wijnhaven and consists of 27 floors with 45 luxury furnished serviced apartments reaching 88 meters in the Rotterdam skies. It has a beautifully designed entrance hall with granite floor and wood-paneled walls. There is also a video intercom here that provides contact between you and your visitors. The lobby has a doorman who serves as your contact for a wide variety of services.
On the lower two floor there is a professionally equipped gym. This means you can easily enjoy a work out during a busy week and even enjoy fine dining within easy reach. The building has a high security private parking in the basement that provides one or two parking spots. For most outings in Rotterdam you will not need a car as Rotterdam has an excellent public transport system that is quickly accessed from this beautiful tower.
Location description
The tower is located on the Wijnhaveneiland. And is located just next to the Rotterdam city centre, so it is close to all the hotspots yet easily accessible by car. Via the Dutch network of highways other cities like The Hague, Amsterdam, Utrecht and Eindhoven can be reached quite fast. Should you need to travel internationally then Rotterdam Airport is nearby and provides routes to most major European cities.
Rotterdam boasts fine and exclusive dining of a wide variety. There are a lot of cinema's, theatres and venues that are frequented by the biggest stars today. On top of that Rotterdam also has a large selection of great museums. And for those who enjoy sports, a visit to Feyenoord's Stadium is definitely worth it.
