Services for our Rotterdam apartments

We offer the following services at no additional charges:

• Use of fitness centre*
• Brief Rotterdam city orientation at check in
• Laundry service available*
• Weekly once cleaning with change of linens
• Technical service (escalations solved with-in 24 hours business hours)
• Doctor on call
• Plumber on call

We do not offer an Airport Shuttle service for Rotterdam apartments, there are always plenty of taxi's available at both airports.

Our motto behind this is to make it a pleasant and a memorable stay at our Rotterdam apartments and satisfying customer service to all our customers. We have standard rates for some more regular items that are requested by our clients. If you have a request that is not listed below, then please do contact us. You can find these rates in the table below:

• Parking - 178,50 EUR per month*
• Aero bed – 40 EUR per day (includes linen for 1 person)
• Baby Cot – 15 EUR per day
• High Chair – 15 EUR per day
• Extra cleaning – 70 EUR per rental cleaning (without linen, beds will be made)
• Extra cleaning – 95 EUR per rental cleaning (with linen, beds will be made)
• Extra Linen “full set” – 25 EUR per extra set, beds will not be made
• Extra Linen “towel set”– 15 EUR per set of 6 large bath towels

* available at Twenty Seven building only

Per person we provides 1 large and 1 small towel. Requests after check in have an additional fee of 10 EUR. Above rates are inclusive of VAT.
