Why book a rental apartment in Amsterdam?

 

Most hotels in Rotterdam, The Hague, Amsterdam and Curacao have dated rooms and interiors. Many of us have stayed in hotels so often we hardly ever get surprised by them anymore, this is not so with Amsterdam Apartment Rentals, Rotterdam Serviced Apartment, The Hague Luxury Rentals or Curacao Villa's. How can I search for a rental apartment in Amsterdam?
 

To search for Amsterdam Apartment Rentals, Rotterdam Serviced Apartment, The Hague Luxury Rentals or Curacao Villa's which are available during the time you would like to visit, you will need to do the following on our search engine (under “Find your apartment”):

 

·          Select arrival date
·          Select departure date
·          Select group size
·          Select minimum number of bedrooms
·          Select any number of features
 
Our engine will also generate alternatives; these are apartment rentals that match only part of the search. Either these rental apartments have a smaller number of bedrooms than specified, are not available for the requested dates or do not have the feature you were looking for.
 
Should you only get alternatives as a result of a query in our search engine (under “Find your apartment”). Then try to search by unselecting features for your rental apartment. Or should you have some flexibility in your dates, try changing these a bit around. Should it appear none of our rental apartments match your criteria, please contact us.
 
Alternatively you can browse through our Apartments until you find the perfect rental for your visit. You can then check the apartment detail screen to find the dates in the calendar when the rental apartment is available and plan your visit accordingly. Always first select your arrival date in the arrival calendar, that will result in showing you your departure date options in the departure calendar.
  

How can I book a rental apartment?

 
After you have reviewed the Amsterdam Apartment Rentals, Rotterdam Serviced Apartment, The Hague Luxury Rentals or Curacao Villa's and made your choice, go to the apartment details screen of the apartment you wish to book, then proceed with the following steps:
 
·          Select arrival date
·          Select departure date
 
This will show you the total price and total number of days of your visit in our rental. Online bookings for our apartments are only possible from 3 nights onwards. For shorter stays, please send an enquiry to info@perfectvisit.nl. Please click on the “Book now” button on the page for the property you have chosen. This takes you to the booking process. After entering all of your details you will continue to the online (pre-) payment section. Here you are offered the choice of paying 100% now or making a 25% prepayment and pay the remainder 2 weeks before arrival, unless you are booking within two weeks of your arrival date. When you select to make two payments, then please take into account that the payment system will ask you if your details may be saved for future payments. Your information is securely stored through the use of an alias system, this means it is impossible to steal your information from our server. After you complete the payment process your booking will be confirmed by an email. This email also contains a copy of the invoice for your records.
 
You can also book apartment rentals without using our online system by filling out a contact form or calling our office. This is less direct, and through the lag of communication it may result in someone else booking the apartment you are interested in through our online system.
 
Two weeks before your arrival in Amsterdam you will receive an email with all of the details about your apartment and the host who will meet you here. After you receive this email please write us as quickly as possible to confirm the check in time.
 
How do I know where the rental apartment is located?
 
Each apartment’s description page includes a link to a map which shows the location of the apartment. Once you make a booking you will receive an electronic confirmation email. A few days later you will receive a personal email which includes the exact street address of the Amsterdam Apartment Rentals, Rotterdam Serviced Apartment, The Hague Luxury Rentals or Curacao Villa's.
 
Who will meet me at the rental apartment?
 
Two weeks before arriving you will receive an arrival mail with the name and phone number of the host who is responsible for your check-in. This person will meet you at the rental for check-in. You need to give this person, the host, a phone call once you expect to be at the apartment in about 30-45 minutes.
 
How can I pay the deposit?
 
The deposit must paid via credit card authorization. Perfect Visit can accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Any credit card transaction will be completed within the protected environment of our secure payment system.
 
Check-in / Check-out time
 
Check-in time at all of our rental apartments is after 3:00 pm. Check-out time is before 11 am. Since most of our apartment rentals are occupied all the time, exceptions can be made only if possible. If you need guaranteed earlier check-in or late check-out, it is recommended to book the previous/next night as well.
