General Terms and Conditions for Online Bookings
1. MAKING A BOOKING / PAYMENT OPTIONS
(a) Online bookings can be made at Perfect Visit’s website: www.perfectvisit.nl
(b) Requests for information can be made by:
(c) Payments for any Amsterdam Apartment, Rotterdam Apartment, The Hague Apartment, Canal Suite, Penthouse, Flat and Curacao Luxury Villa, Holiday Home and Vacation Rental may be made using either American Express, Diner's Club, MasterCard or Visa and will clear on the following account:

(d) A booking only becomes a booking once at least 25% of the total booking amount has been paid to Perfect Visit.
(e) Once booking payment has been received, an electronic confirmation of your reservation will be mailed to the email address supplied.
(f) Payment of any open balance must be settled three weeks prior to check-in and may be paid in cash, banktransfer or by American Express, Diner's Club, MasterCard or Visa.
(g) The check-in process takes place at the Amsterdam Apartment, Rotterdam Apartment, The Hague Apartment, Canal Suite, Penthouse, Flat and Curacao Luxury Villa, Holiday Home and Vacation Rental. In addition to verification that the financial administration is complete, you will be required to supply standard registration paperwork that includes a copy of your passport and/or other valid identity card and valid credit card details.
(h) No exceptions can be made in any circumstances except if granted by the management.
(i) Perfect Visit BV reserves the right to refuse any bookings that were made as a consequence of technical failure of our bookings engine.
(j) Bookings made out of office hours (9.00 - 17.30h) and in the weekend are subject to the approval of our reservations department.
2. TARIFFS
(a) The tariffs that apply to your Amsterdam Apartment, Canal Suite, Penthouse, Flat and Curacao Luxury Villa, Holiday Home and Vacation Rental are those provided when your reservation is confirmed by Perfect Visit BV.
(b) The tariffs for your Curacao Luxury Villa, Holiday Home and Vacation Rental are based on two person occupancy, a seperate invoice will be provided for occupancy above two after booking has been made.
(c) A minimum stay of 3 nights applies to all bookings. This minimum stay varies by Amsterdam Apartment, Rotterdam Apartment, The Hague Apartment, Canal Suite, Penthouse, Flat and Curacao Luxury Villa, Holiday Home and Vacation Rental.
(d) Additional discounts may be arranged for guaranteed repeat visits.
(e) Government tax, VAT (6%) are included in all tariffs, city tax (5%) is not included.
(f) City tax is only applicable in Amsterdam and must be paid before arrival with the rest of the rental amount. City tax is 5% of the ex VAT amount. This is not included in the rates shown and invoiced via our website.
(g) Linen is included in all tariffs.
(h) Weekly cleaning is included in bookings of more than 10 nights. There is an extra charge in each booking of EUR50 (inc. taxes) for final cleaning.
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT
(a) A security deposit must be made prior or at the check-in via a credit card authorization to be completed by the client. If needed, your security deposit can be used for:
- Compensation in relation to cancellations
- Payment of city tax (only Amsterdam)
- Payment of repairs if damage was caused to the accommodation, in addition to a 50 EUR (inc. VAT) administration charge
- Cleaning, when apartment has not been left in a tidy state at check out
- Fines in relation to disturbing the quiet enjoyment of our neighbours
- Guest negligence regarding keys, fire alarms, etc.
(b) In the case that there are no charges against the security deposit the credit card authorization will be destroyed.
(c) In case that charges are made against the security deposit, the credit card authorized will be charged for the costs incurred and a copy of receipts for the costs incurred provided to card holder.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
Perfect Visit BV adheres to the following cancellation policy for The Hague, Rotterdam and Amsterdam apartments:
(a) If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days in advance of the check-in date, then the booking fee paid will be returned, less an administration charge of € 50 (inc. VAT).
(b) If the booking is cancelled 14 days or less in advance of the check-in date, then the booking fee paid will be returned, less 25% of the total amount, with a minimum of € 50 (inc. VAT).
(c) If the booking is cancelled 7 days or less in advance of the check-in date, the full amount will be charged for the entire period as originally booked.
(d) If the tenant does not show up for check-in, the full amount will be charged for the entire period as originally booked.
(e) A partial refund may be made, in the event that the apartment is re-let for a period overlapping with the original reservation.
(f) Refunds will not be made for cancellations after the check-in date (or within the 7 day period before arrival) in any circumstances, situations of force majeure or unforeseen events beyond Perfect Visits control. These events include natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, and other "acts of God”, as well as uncontrollable events such as war and terrorist attacks.

Perfect Visit BV adheres to the following cancellation policy for Curacao Villa's:
(h) If the booking is cancelled more than 56 days in advance of the check-in date, then the booking fee paid will be returned, less an administration charge of € 50 (inc. VAT).
(i) If the booking is cancelled 56 days or less in advance of the check-in date, then the booking fee paid will be returned, less 25% of the total amount, with a minimum of € 50 (inc. VAT).
(j) If the booking is cancelled 42 days or less in advance of the check-in date, the full amount will be charged for the entire period as originally booked.
(k) If the tenant does not show up for check-in, the full amount will be charged for the entire period as originally booked.
(l) Refunds will not be made for cancellations after the check-in date in any circumstances.
(m) All cancellation must be made by email to info@perfectvisit.nl or by fax to +31-20-524 1206.
5. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
(a) The check-in time is 3:00 PM (15:00) and no later than 0:00 AM (00:00), check-ins later than midnight can be granted upon request. Earlier check-in may be possible but not guaranteed. Early check-in can only be guaranteed if the day previous to arrival is also booked by the same client, as there will be no check-out that day.
(b) The check-out time is 11:00 AM (11:00) on the day of departure. Late check-outs may be requested but cannot be guaranteed. Late check-outs can only be guaranteed if the day after departure is also booked by the same client, as there will be no check-in that day.
(c) An additional fee of € 25 (inc. VAT) will be charged for check-ins and check-outs after 23:00 and before 08:00.
(d) Perfect Visit BV reserves the right to relocate any guest to any one of their apartments should the need arise (e.g. power failure, fire, burglary, flooding, acts of god).
6. GENERAL POLICY
(a) In order to respect the neighbors of our properties, a "No Party Policy" is strictly enforced and Perfect Visit management reserves the right to evict at any time, any guest who disturbs the quiet enjoyment of others. Guests will be charged a fine of 250 EUR for every disturbance, these monies will be donated to the neighborhood association.
(b) Smoking is not allowed in any of our properties.
(c) Drugs are not allowed in any of our properties.
(d) Pets are not allowed.
(e) All keys must be returned upon departure. Failure to do so will incur a replacement fee of € 200 (inc. VAT) per set of keys.
(f) Guests must immediately inform Perfect Visit BV of all defects in the Amsterdam Apartment, Rotterdam Apartment, The Hague Apartment, Canal Suite, Penthouse, Flat and Curacao Luxury Villa, Holiday Home and Vacation Rental and damages that occur in the apartment.
(g) Each Amsterdam Apartment, Rotterdam Apartment, The Hague Apartment, Canal Suite, Penthouse, Flat and Curacao Luxury Villa, Holiday Home and Vacation Rental has a maximum occupancy which is indicated in each description. Exceptions to this maximum cannot be made without the explicit consent of Perfect Visit management.
(h) Each guest will leave the Amsterdam Apartment, Rotterdam Apartment, The Hague Apartment, Canal Suite, Penthouse, Flat and Curacao Luxury Villa, Holiday Home and Vacation Rental upon check out as they found it. There is a final charge of EUR50 for final cleaning included in each booking.
(i) Bookings for our apartments are only possible from 3 nights onwards.
